Shareholders

At last year-end VPS Holding ASA had 146 shareholders, altogether owning 5,000,000 shares.
Each share has a face value of NOK 10 and carries one vote. Of the 146 shareholders 45 were
VPS employees. 2.66 per cent of the shares were held by foreign investors. The 20 largest
shareholders owned 94.99 per cent of the company.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Morgan Stanley & Co Inc. sold their entire holdings in VPS Holding ASA in 2006. The bulk of the shares were bought by KLP, Oslo Børs, Orkla and Storebrand. The distribution on the 20 largest shareholders was otherwise stable throughout the year.
