VPS complies with the Code of Conduct section on "Service Unbundling"

In view of the implementation of "Service Unbundling" of the Code of Conduct, all ECSDA members have agreed on a common understanding of the services which have to be unbundled according to the Code of Conduct.

The tariff brochure that is public on January 1, 2008 reflect VPS’ implementation of the Code's service unbundling commitments. In addition, and with effect from 1 January 2008, VPS is in a position to be able to comply with the Accounting Segregation provisions of the Code of Conduct.

Free entrance for new brokers in VPO in 2010

Investment firms who enter VPS in 2010 will not be charged entrance fee (NOK 150.000). The monthly fee for participation is payable from start.

 

Supplement to ’ Lower fees for equities clearing and settlement ’.
When CCP clearing is introduced on 30 April 2010, VPS will introduce a new specific fee for cleared (netted) settlement instructions. This price will be NOK 6,00. At the same time VPS will introduce functionality for partial delivery. Each partial delivery will cost NOK 4,00.
