Issuer
VPS delivers its services for companies through banks, fund management companies and investment firms who operate the companies' accounts in the securities register. In order to act as an account operator, the undertaking must be approved by VPS in accordance with its current business terms and conditions.
All companies (issuers) that wish to register their shares, bonds or other financial instruments in VPS must do so through an account operator. The daily contact between companies and VPS systems is conducted through account operators. Account operators accordingly act as a link between companies and VPS.
