The web-based customer portal IR-InTouch provides a readily accessible insight into who owns the company’s shares. Combining this ownership data with market and competitor data helps to provide further insight and understanding of the company's shareholder base, and provides a good foundation to target IR activities for institutional investors. In addition, you can subscribe to the IR-InTouch advanced CRM system which will help you to promote the company to institutional investors, with access to a large database of international investors, and which provides services for e-mail broadcasts to specified target groups and for arranging investor meetings. IR-InTouch ensures that IR work is based on intelligent and consistent information.

Nominee ID is a service provided through collaboration between Oslo Børs VPS and London-based Richard Davies Investor Relations (RD:IR). The service is available in three levels for small, medium and large companies. Nominee ID allows Norwegian-registered public limited companies to benefit from VPS' expertise in shareholder registers and product management, and gives access to RD:IR’s global network of contacts and market-leading analytical skills.
