VPS Corporate
VPS Corporate is a web-based service designed to meet the needs of Account operator for issuer for carrying out tasks on behalf of their VPS-registered customers.
VPS Corporate is used by investment firms for registering subscription applications for new issues/distribution issues, and for registering acceptances of offers. VPS Corporate also provides services used by investment firms acting as managers of an issue for allocating shares to subscribers when carrying out new issues and distribution issues.
VPS Corporate is used by Account operator for issuer for:
- Registering new limited liability companies and establishing new ISINs.
- Registering and carrying out Corporate Actions.
- Carrying out the General Meeting procedures in VPS.
- Terminating VPS registrations.
VPS Corporate is used by investment firms and managers of issues for:
- Carrying out new issues/distribution issues and acquisitions efficiently and reliably.
- Allowing investors to subscribe for issues via the internet.
- Fast and efficient registration of subscription applications and acceptances.
VPS Corporate gives all users access to:
- Information on the shares, equity certificates, warrants and subscription rights registered in VPS.
- Information on all current and past corporate actions.
- Fast and efficient access to lists that can be accessed both in file format and in paper format.
- Integrated solution for carrying out settlement in relation to Corporate Actions.
